Jewellery Making Classes

Yes, we run jewellery making classes. And they are great fun. You don’t have to have any experience whatsoever, even complete beginners can learn how to make a piece of silver jewellery. And it’s a really pleasant and relaxing experience. Our classes are small, no more than 5 students, so Filip has plenty of time to guide each student through all stages of the making process. Classes are run as individual workshops, each with focus on different type of jewellery and also different techniques. Just try one and if you like it, come back for another one to broaden your skills.

We run one class per week with morning classes on Mondays from 10am to 1pm and evening classes on Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm. We provide you with all tools and materials needed for the class, we even have aprons so you don’t get your clothes dirty and will make you a cup of tea or coffee with some biscuits.

At the moment we offer 4 types of jewellery workshops:

  • Hammered silver ring
  • Personalised silver charm
  • Textured silver earrings
  • Leaf pattern silver cufflinks

The classes take place in our studio in Marlay Craft Courtyard in the tranquil setting of Marlay Park in Rathfarnham, Dublin. Though we are a bit out of the city centre, it is easy to get to us – bus no. 16 stops right outside the park’s gate. And by car it’s also easy with our proximity to M50 and plenty of free parking.
